Planning Coordinator

Job summary
AQA requires a proactive and highly organised Planning Coordinator to join the Planning Team to support with delivering planning, scheduling, timetabling and series plans whilst also assisting in the identification of continuous improvement in order to develop robust plans by working collaboratively across the business with other stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

•planning and organisational experience
•customer focused – delivers the best outcome from the customer perspective
•strong Microsoft Excel skills
•good working knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and IT applications
•accurate and with a high level of attention to detail
•good communicator both verbally and in writing
•ability to work well using own initiative but also able to work as part of a team
•experience of supporting the successful delivery of end to end business change
