Recruitment Coordinator - fixed term contract

12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a proactive and engaging Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team. To succeed in this role you will have the ability to hit the ground running and be a proactive, self-driven individual. The role will involve supporting the end to end recruitment of internal, early careers and temporary roles.

In this role you’ll be:

•leading on the running of internal recruitment campaigns
•leading on the recruitment of a range of entry level roles
•liaising with hiring managers to provide expertise, support and guidance on the best recruitment solutions
•making verbal job offers and liaising with HR Business Partners and colleagues in the wider HR team
•assisting administrators when needed, including arranging interviews and inducting new starters
•writing and editing content for the AQA intranet and the recruitment pages on the AQA website
•dealing with daily emails and telephone enquiries from candidates and hiring managers
•working collaboratively with colleagues in AQA’s People Group and in other departments across all AQA
About you
We are looking for someone who has first-hand experience of either working in-house or in an agency as a recruiter. You will be pro-active and be prepared to take ownership and accountability for your roles. You will have experience of the full end to end recruitment process, including taking vacancy briefings, advising on and executing recruitment campaigns. You will be confident at screening candidates and highly organised. We are looking for someone with great IT skills, a real team player and someone who loves to get on the phone and talk to candidates and hiring managers! Most importantly we need someone who is adaptable and flexible as this role will support a wide range of roles and opportunities.
