Moderation Administrator - Fixed term contract

Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

We are recruiting an Administrator to join our Moderation Team in Manchester. You will play a highly integral part in the team that support timely and effective marking and moderation by our associates - the people who mark, moderate and work with us to deliver our qualifications.

What we’re looking for:

•a solid understanding of office procedures and practices
•a proficient and accurate user of IT systems and MS Office applications
•excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all level
•excellent time management, multi tasking, planning and organisational skills
•ability to identify and anticipate needs of customers to resolve issues or escalate when appropriate
•a desire to provide exceptional customer service
•confidence working with conflicting priorities and to deadlines
•general academic or vocational qualification or demonstrable experience for the required role
