Advertising Account executive – 1 Year FTC

Job summary
Teachit is a well-respected online publisher of teaching resources, with seven websites supporting teachers across different subjects and age groups. Since 2011, Teachit has been part of AQA, the UK’s leading provider of qualifications for UK schools and colleges.

We are looking for an Advertising Account executive to work alongside our Advertising Account managers to manage and develop our advertising and partnerships, both of which are crucial to the success of our company. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and target driven, with excellent interpersonal skills.

You’ll be an experienced, imaginative collaborator, with day-to-day responsibility for our third party advertising. You will be targeting new business, as well as developing and maintaining existing key accounts through the creation and development of clear advertising and partnership plans. Although tasked with growing revenue, this role also sits as a pivotal contact point between our editorial and digital teams - so having great communications skills is key.

Previous experience within advertising would be advantageous yet not essential. With the core skills of experience within a customer services role, and strong ‘people skills’, specific advertising training will be provided.

You’ll also be:

-Target-driven and self-motivated
-Able to build and manage long term third party partnerships
-Able to coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns
-Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
-Analytical; able to produce regular reports on advertising revenue generations, new business and successful deployment
-Able to spot viable new opportunities appropriate for our sites
-Interested in education.
