Systems Trainer - Fixed term contract

FTC, until August 2021

We are recruiting a Trainer to join our Change Function to help design and deliver all aspects of training for the transition to a new operational system (known as Nexus). The programme will implement a bespoke examiner processing system that will be used by approximately 1500 employees and 35k external users.

The role of Systems Trainer will be to provide a broad range of learning enablers, which will ensure efficient adoption of the new systems across the business. The Trainer will join an existing team to help design and deliver all training requirements internally and externally, and ensure they are delivered to time and quality.

We will be looking for candidates with extensive experience in designing classroom content, e-learning design, train the trainer and training delivery to a high volume training programme nationally and remotely. The training will involve both face to face and online training.

Key experience / expertise sought:
•Experience of e-learning / digital content design in Articulate essential
•Experience of delivering complex volume training and education packages
•An excellent understanding of training, education and development theory, methodologies and tools
•Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members and other colleagues to meet deliverables
•Communicating and engaging with Internal and External stakeholders, including Contractors
•Flexible, can do attitude with a proactive work ethic
