Administrator - Fixed term contract

Job summary
18 month FTC

We are looking for a confident and proactive Administrator to join our Resource Management Team. To succeed in this role you will have the ability to hit the ground running and have the ability to work using your own initiative but also be able to recognise queries that require escalation. The role will be responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive IT and administrative support whilst ensuring a high level of customer service whilst meeting challenging deadlines.

In this role you’ll be:

•appointing sufficient and suitably skilled examiners, ensuring all scripts are allocated to schedule
•building exceptional relationships with our internal and external customers
•developing excellent working relationships with Examiners
•providing efficient and polite responses to email and phone enquires
•updating the internal systems with Examiner and associated data
•maintaining a clear overview of risks and escalate appropriately where new risks are identified
•taking responsibility for driving personal performance, to achieve departmental and personal goals
•collaborating with other teams and improving best practice and processes where appropriate.
