We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Markets team as Campaign Admin Support; you will help ensure the smooth running of the Campaign Execution process by supporting teams to deliver on their campaign requirements to standard and on time.
In this role you’ll be:
•maintaining campaigns spend spreadsheet, Purchase Order process and monthly budget reconciliation
•monitoring delivery plans, ensuring assets are on track and highlighting areas of risk
•scheduling campaign-related team meetings, ensuring relevant stakeholders are included
•taking minutes at meetings and distribute actions
•working with the team to ensure Campaign and Design Studio Kanban boards are kept up to date
•helping to coordinate reports and documents, such as Campaign Check In reports
•supporting with templating and proofreading materials and resources during times of high volume activity
•managing stationary requirements across teams
•supporting administration such as managing Publishing library and liaising with creative agencies.
Key experience / expertise sought:
•planning and coordination experience
•ability to use central purchasing administration such as Acquire
•good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
•strong attention to detail and good proofreading skills
•ability to take minutes and meeting notes and distribute actions
•great problem solving and issue handling skills
•excellent organisational and administrative skills
•good interpersonal and communication skills.
