Fixed Term Contract - 6 months
We are recruiting additional Commercial Support to join our IT Team in Manchester. We are looking for a pro-active all-rounder to provide organisational and administrative support and lead on specific responsibilities related to budget, data, processes and general administration. To achieve this, excellent working relations will need to be established and then maintained with internal stakeholders.
In this role you’ll be:
•raising purchase orders and checking that they are within budget
•maintaining records and spreadsheets
•sharing data and information regularly to support the work of stakeholders
•proactively following up, identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
•supporting forecasting by validating information received to confirm or update data
Key experience / expertise sought:
•flexible, self-starter, problem solver, team player
•can demonstrate previous success in delivering expected outcomes by applying a repeatable process
•logical thinker, record keeper
•strong MS experience
•Oracle experience an advantage, but not essential
•finance context an advantage, but not essential
