We are recruiting a Change and Process Analyst to join our Change Function in executing a wide range of change management to support the successful delivery of technology-enabled change programmes, including: the business transition for a major IT-enabled transformation programme to implement a new bespoke operational system that will be used by approximately 1500 employees and 35k external users; the design and delivery of an associated IT support model for the new operational system; and a cultural change programme.
The role of the Change and Process Analyst has a real emphasis on business change impact assessment, including conducting detailed analysis of business and system process, identifying the up and downstream impacts that will occur across all domains of change (process, people, and technology) as a result of the forthcoming system implementation, and tracing all impacts through every branch of process until the entire, detailed change scope is documented and understood. A specific focus of the role is to identify all the business impacts of change arising from all the technical and business drivers. The Change and Process Analyst will work with other colleagues within the Change Function to ensure that the entire impact of the transformation programme is identified and collated, and mitigating actions are identified and implemented.
Additionally, the Change and Process Analyst will support the Change Team in other activities within the change management delivery lifecycle including training needs analysis, transition planning, readiness assessment, communication support, stakeholder engagement, and general change planning and co-ordination.
About the role:
•Plan and deliver change impact assessment for all domains of change, and all aspects of programme delivery scope, involving detailed analysis of technical and business process to determine the business impacts
•Any other relevant change management activities in support of the implementation of the IT-enabled transformation programme and associated IT support model, focusing on process analysis to enable change management outcomes.
•Contribute to the development of the AQA change team
•Deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of the wider technology and change portfolio as required
Key experience / expertise sought:
•Experience of implementing new IT Service Delivery models (ITIL)
•Experience of working in IT departments
•Ability to assess and analyse complex business and system process and technical information, identify impacts, and follow them through
•Excellent understating and evidence of using change management methodologies and their practical application
•Communicating and engaging with Internal and External stakeholders including Contractors
•Self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise own work, while working as part of a team and managing inter-team dependencies and relationships
•Tenacious, detail-oriented and curious
•Motivating, enthusiastic and Inspiring attitude
•Flexible, can do attitude with a proactive work ethic
