Orders and Results Team Leader - Fixed term contract

FTC until 1 November 2019, Full Time

Our teams in Orders, Data Control & Results within the Operations Division play key roles in the delivery of an exam series and ensuring that students get the right results on time.

As Orders and Results Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of one of our teams with responsibility for:

•Processing orders (mostly exam entries) from school and colleges
•Supporting awarding – the process of setting grade boundaries
•Ensuring the timely issue of results on results days
•Managing and sharing results data with third parties, including UCAS and the Department for Education (DfE)
•Printing certificates
•Confirming past results

We’re looking for someone with:

•a passion for motivating and coaching our teams to ensure they are reaching their potential
•experience of workforce planning: can organise, plan and supervise the work of a group of staff to meet customer and business needs
•experience of working within a fast moving, high-volume environment to achieve high-quality results
•experience of developing and challenging behaviours to improve output of team
•excellent written and verbal communication skills
•a proactive approach to problem solving
•the ability to manage critical business relationships
•a strong customer focus
