Immediate start - Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our friendly Catering team at our onsite Bistro and Coffee House.

You will be responsible for managing the department and providing an excellent level of customer service for staff and visitors through the creation, presentation and delivery of meals. Managing the Catering Teams you will be responsible for ensuring food safety guidelines and all action taken is legally compliant.

The ideal candidate will have lead and supervised catering teams and will be able to demonstrate a positive, committed and flexible attitude towards customers and fellow team members to help ensure a ‘great place to work’.

The following skills/qualifications would be desirable:

•HND in Catering Management (or equivalent)
•IOSH Managing Safely
•Level 4 Food Safety (CIEH)
•Supervision and leadership of catering teams
•Menu Planning
•High level of customer service and focus
•Administration & IT Skills (Microsoft Office)
