We’re looking for a Resourcing Adviser to join our high performing Resourcing and Talent team, delivering an effective recruitment service that’s easy to work with for hiring managers and delivers a great candidate experience. You’ll have passion, energy, drive and determination and you’ll bring with you your expert knowledge of current and emerging talent attraction methodologies and assessment techniques, and an eagerness to share this with the rest of the team.

What you’ll have

We’re looking for someone with:

•broad knowledge of recruitment practices, legislation and procedures
•expert knowledge of a range of recruitment and selection methods and assessment techniques for either large scale recruitment, permanent or contractor roles
•detailed understanding of candidate marketplace and channels, recruitment advert writing, social recruitment techniques and talent attraction strategies
•good understanding of systems for managing recruitment operations including on-line application facilities
•a relevant qualification or willingness to study towards CIPD or MIRP, or equivalent experience
•good organisation and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure to defined deadlines
•excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team and develop strong working relationships
•strong analytical skills, problem solver and critical thinker
•the ability to exercise initiative and recommend and champion change.
