Case Administrators - Malpractice Investigations and Appeals

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a small number of experienced, customer focused administrators to join our Performance Standards team from April through to the end of July.

This interesting role will enable you to provide a high level of administrative support to senior members of the Malpractice Team, who manage a number of cases relating to allegations of malpractice or other examination irregularities reported to or discovered by AQA.

To be successful for the role you will need to have the following skills:
•solid administration experience

•a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
•the ability to communicate with staff and managers in a discreet manner
•excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
