We’re seeking a highly organised individual with experience of providing quality administration and excellent customer service to join our busy Assessment and Curriculum team.
You’ll be great at
•communicating over the telephone, via email and face-to-face, with positive impact
•producing high quality written documentation in a variety of different formats
•working at a fast pace juggling multiple roles and tasks and be able and wanting to step up your responsibilities when required
•problem solving, always with a customer-focused attitude
•adapting to a highly changeable environment
•excellent organisational and planning skills
•the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
•inputting and managing data on databases and Excel spreadsheets
•working flexibly in a team
•building and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of individuals and external stakeholders.
And you’ll have
•previous administration experience within an office environment
•experience of managing a varied and demanding workload with little close supervision
•strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
