To achieve this you will need to work closely with colleagues and with our senior examiners and moderators, building strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Based within our multi-site preparation team in Guildford, you will have the opportunity to travel between our Guildford office and third party venues.

You will be responsible for the smooth operational planning and delivery of events at our various locations. You will train and manage a large seasonal workforce specifically recruited to ensure we provide best-in-industry preparation to mark and moderate.

We're also looking for candidates who have:

• Experience of managing events or training courses
• Infectious enthusiasm for delivering great events and training
• Strong leadership/management skills
• Great stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills
• A quick learner with the ability and interest in understanding our business
• Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office and database systems

Successful applicants will work between 35-45 hours per week on a flexible basis including some evening and weekend working. Weekend working will be on a rota basis during busy periods. We’ll try to accommodate individual needs where possible.

To apply, please complete our online application form by logging in at the top of this page. If your details are already on our database you do not need to apply as you will already be considered.

Successful candidates will be invited to attend an assessment event. The first of these will take place on Wednesday 14 March.
